ABOUT
I'm an Assistant Professor of Managerial Economics in the Department of Management Strategy and Innovation (MSI) at KU Leuven.
My research focuses on the role of patent trade and enforcement on firms' innovative performance. I combine US patent data, patent-litigation data and firm-level industry information to estimate structural models and test theoretical predictions about the role of IP and innovation.
I am an alumni of Massey College, and of the School of advanced Studies of the University of Udine.
Outside of research, I love skiing and I am passionate about fantasy literature, RPG games and medieval history.
